V bakalářské práci jsou stručně popsány technologické a výrobní postupy základních druhů nealkoholických nápojů. Předmětem zájmu bylo předložit legislativní předpisy týkající se této oblasti potravinářského průmyslu. In this thesis are shortly described technological and industrial processes of basic kind of soft drinks. The subject of interest has been submitting legislative regulations concerning this area of food industry.
