Comparison of the position of the president in the Czech and Slovakia political system
Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je komparace postavení prezidenta České a Slovenské republiky. Práce bude zaměřena na srovnání postavení prezidentů v politickém systému obou států z hlediska rozsahu jejich pravomocí a vztahu k ostatním ústavním orgánům v kontextu systému dělby moci.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare a position of President of the Czech and Slovak Republic. The work is focused on a comparison of position of the presidents in the political system of both countries in terms of the extent their powers and the relationship to other constitutional authority in a context of the system of separation of power.
