Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá výzkumem trhu v oblasti pojišťovacích služeb. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se týká marketingu, popisu jeho součástí a vztahu k zákazníkům. Popisuje jednotlivé fáze procesu výzkumu trhu, které jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části práce. Součástí praktické části práce je analyzování vývoje pojišťovacích služeb, srovnání hlavních poskytovatelů pojišťovacích služeb a práce samotných pojišťovacích poradců při vyhledávání klientů, jejich oslovení a následném poradenství. Cílem práce je postihnutí problémů v této oblasti a jejich možné řešení. V návaznosti na to je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, jehož cílem je zjištění spokojenosti a názorů na pojišťovací služby a jejich objasnění. Výsledky z dotazníku a celé diplomové práce slouží k vypracování návrhů pro zlepšení vztahů a povědomí zákazníků k pojišťovacím službám.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis deals with a market research in the field of insurance services. The thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part concerning marketing, its components and a relation with customers. The thesis describes stages in the process of the market research, that are applied to the practical part. The development analysis of the field of insurance services, comparing main insurence service providers and service insurance consultants during searching, addressing clients and insurance counselling are componenst of practical part of the thesis. The aim of the thesis is analyzing problems in this field and their possible resolution. Tha questionnaire examination is realized, the aim of examination is find out a satisfaction and opinions about insurance services and its explanations. Results of questionnaire and thesis serve for elaborate innovation suggestions of relation and awareness customers of insurance services.
