The adaptation course for the first class and a purpose of its realization

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku adaptace žáků na první třídu. Za cíl si klade sestavit program adaptačního kurzu pro 1. třídu a na základě jeho realizace zhodnotit, zda má jeho zařazení na počátek školní docházky smysl. Samotné posouzení se opírá o zápisky ze zúčastněného pozorování, zpětné vazby učitelů a zejména o rozhovory s nimi vedenými.Práce má dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické jsou shrnuty poznatky o dítěti na počátku školní docházky a vysvětlení, co je adaptační kurz; praktická část obsahuje stanovení cílů adaptačního kurzu, popis jeho tvorby, reflexe realizace a zpětné vazby získané od učitelů tříd, v nichž adaptační kurz probíhal. Práce je završena rozborem rozhovorů s týmiž učiteli nad diskutovaným tématem a celkovým zhodnocením výsledků.

Abstract:

The Diploma Thesis focuses on the adaptation process of pupils in the first class of Lower Primary School. The aim is to form of an adaptation course program for the first class. After the Program implementation, the thesis further considers its advantages and disadvantages for a Lower Primary School pupil. The outcome of this Diploma Thesis results from observing, teachers’ feedbacks and primarily interviews of teachers.The Diploma Thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical part and m, the practical part. The theoretical part summarizes information about a child in the very beginning of their school attendance and explains what the adaptation course comprises. The practical part mentions the aims of adaptation course as well as the description of its creation, realization process and feedbacks of teachers whose classes participated in the adaptation course. The final part of this work analyses the teacher interviews that focus on the theme and the results of the work are assessed.
