Abstract:
Práce se věnuje srovnání tří vybraných typů zastupitelstev působících na území okresu Plzeň-město. Jedná se o Zastupitelstvo města Plzně, Zastupitelstvo městského obvodu Plzeň 3 a Zastupitelstvo Plzeňského kraje. Zastupitelstva jsou porovnána obecně dle platné legislativy ČR v první části práce. Abstract:
The work is focused on comparison of the self-government units operating in the city of Pilsen. There are three kinds of the units (Pilsen city Assembly, Assembly of the District Pilsen 3 and Pilsen Region Assembly) with only few differences in its functioning.
