Forms and further education opportunities for lifelong learning allowing easier penetration into the labor market as well as increasing the competitiveness of hospitality workers

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce bylo získání nových poznatků z oblasti dalšího vzdělávání pracovníků v pohostinství. První teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy o vzdělávání dospělých v rámci celoživotního učení. Jednotlivé kapitoly pojednávají o existenci bariér v profesním i osobním rozvoji dospělé populace, ale také o motivacích k učení se stále něčemu novému. Druhá analytická část specifikuje hlavní cíle této práce vymezené stanovenými hypotézami. Hlavní částí práce se jeví zpracované dotazníkové šetření. Na základě zjištěných výsledků potvrdíme vytýčené hypotézy, shrneme přínos DV v pohostinství a navrhneme doporučení k zpracované problematice, které bude směřovat k řešení nejpalčivějších potíží spojených s celoživotním učením v oboru pohostinství.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is to obtain knowledge from the sphere of further education for hospitality emloyees. The first theoretical part defines the basic terms of the further education of adults within lifetime leasing. Particular chapters deal not only with the existence of barriers of adult population in their professional and personal development but also with the motivation to learn something new. The second analytical part specifies main goals of this thesis defined by stated hypotheses. The base of the thesis are a questionnaires for employees. Based on defined results, we confirm set up hypotheses, summarize benefits of further education in a hospitality sector and propose recommendation to the compiled issue which leads up to a solution of the most difficult obstacles connected with lifetime learning in the hospitality sector.
