Interest Groups in the Health Care System

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá postavením zájmových skupin v systému zdravotnictví v ČR. Popisuje zájmové skupiny ve zdravotnictví a jejich postavení z pohledu veřejné politiky a s ní souvisejícího veřejného zájmu. Těžištěm práce je analýza postavení zájmových skupin ve zdravotnictví provedená na základě dostupných materiálů vypovídajících o míře úspěšnosti při prosazování požadavků zájmovými skupinami. Na základě této analýzy bude stanoveno, jak silné je postavení zájmové skupiny v systému zdravotnictví a jak silný vliv je zájmová skupina schopna uplatnit při formování reformy zdravotnictví.

Abstract:

This Graduation theses considers the position of interest groups in the health care system in the Czech Republic. It describes interest groups in the health care system and their standing in the view of public policy and related public interest. The crux of the theses is the analysis of the position of interest groups in health care system based on available materials alleging the level of success when asserting requirements made by interest groups. Based on this analysis it will determine the strength of the position of the interest group in the health care system and the strength of influence the interest group is able to apply while creating health care reform.
