Abstract:

Nezisková organizace MC Rákosníček se potýká s nízkou návštěvností zákazníků, z její strany vznikl požadavek vytvořit návrh pro vyšší využití služeb, které organizace nabízí. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo nalezení příčin nízké návštěvnosti neziskové organizace a následné navržení a doporučení na udržení a získání nových zákazníků za pomocí lepší nabídky služeb. Práce byla zaměřena na celkovou nabídku služeb, dále pak na analýzu konkurence, SWOT analýzu a marketingový mix společnosti. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření a veškeré dokumentace došlo ke zhodnocení poskytovaných služeb organizace u rodin s dětmi. Výsledky sekundárních a primárních dat byly využity ke zvýšení poptávky po službách a k vyvození zlepšujících návrhů a doporučení pro neziskovou organizaci. Výsledek šetření bakalářské práce poukazuje na slabou komunikaci organizace vně i uvnitř, nabídka služeb neodráží potřeby spotřebitelů. Doporučení práce se týkalo především úprav služeb a komunikační politiky organizace.

Abstract:

The non-profit organization MC Rákosníček is struggling with low customer attendance, a request arose on her part to create a proposal for higher use of the services offered by the non-profit organization. The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to find the causes of low attendance of non-profit organization followed up by suggestions and recommendations for retaining and gaining new customers by offering a better range of services. The work was focused on the overall range of services, rival (competition) analysis, SWIT analysis and marketing mix of the company. By using a questionnaire survey and all the needed documentation, the provided services of the organization for families with children were evaluated. The result of the bachelor thesis points to the weak communication of the organization from inside and outside. The range of services provided does not reflect the needs of users (consumers). The work recommendations mainly related primarily to adjustments to the organization's services and communication policy.
