Abstract:
Incidence bakterií rezistentních k cefalosporinům vyšších generací neustále narůstá. Podíl na jejich diseminaci mohou mít i konvenční čistírny odpadních vod (ČOV), kde odolávají bakterie procesu dekontaminace, aktivně se pomnožují a vyměňují genetické informace mezi hustou a rozmanitou bakteriální populací aktivovaných kalů a biofilmů. The incidence of bacteria resistant to cephalosporins of higher generations is growing steadily. Share of their dissemination may come from a conventional sewage treatment plant (WWTP), where the bacteria become resistant to decontamination process, actively proliferate and exchange genetic information between the dense and diverse bacterial population of activated sludge and biofilm.
