Determination of essential fatty acids contents in EDTA plasma of diabetic patiens type 2
Abstract:
Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním závislosti složení esenciálních mastných kyselin v EDTA plazmě diabetiků 2. typu na míře kompenzace diabetu vyjádřené pomocí koncentrace glykovaného hemoglobinu (HbA1c). Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je snaha přispět k rozvoji diagnostiky diabetu a rozšířit poznatky o patogenezi tohoto onemocnění.
Abstract:
Submitted thesis deals examining the composition dependence of essential fatty acids in EDTA plasma second diabetes type on the degree of glycemic expressed by the concentration of glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c). The main objective of this thesis is to contribute to the development of diabetes diagnosis and expand knowledge of the pathogenesis of this disease.
