Počítačové modelování glykolurilových struktur
Computer modeling of glycoluril structures
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce předkládá studii nově syntetizované supramolekulární sloučeniny nazvané bambus[6]uril pomocí metod výpočetní chemie. Sloučenina je derivátem glykolurilu a svými vlastnostmi spojuje chemické chování cucurbit[n]urilů a hemicucurbit[n]urilů. Práce podrobně popisuje stavební strukturu a z ní vyplývající vlastnosti, flexibilitu makrocyklu a jeho afinitu k aniontům. Bambus[6]uril byl studován …moreAbstract:
This bachelor thesis presents the study of new synthesized supramolecular compound called bambus[6]uril via computational chemistry methods. This compound is derived from glycoluril and its properties connect behavior of cucurbit[n]urils and hemicucurbit[n]urils. The work deeply describes the structure and properties such as flexibility of the macrocycle and affinity to anions. Bambus[6]uril was studied …more
