Diplomová práca sa zameriava na zhodnotenie procesu zásobovania vo vybranom výrobnom podniku. Zásoby sú podrobené ABC analýze a je pre ne stanovená optimálna veľkosť dodávky pri minimálnych nákladoch a ďalšie optimálne veličiny, ktoré sú potom porovnané so skutočným stavom v podniku.
