Abstract:
Tématem diplomové práce je využití genetiky při objasňování trestných činů. Práce stručně vysvětluje podstatu analýzy DNA a dále rozvádí její využití v dokazování. Rovněž je představena a zhodnocena související česká právní úprava a je porovnána s vybranou úpravou zahraniční. Cílem práce je představit úlohu této kriminalistické techniky včetně jejích limitů, jako je riziko nesprávné interpretace.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is the use of genetics in solving crimes. This paper briefly explains the principles of DNA analysis and further explains its use as evidence. The relevant Czech legislation is also presented and evaluated and compared with some of the foreign regulation.
