Abstract:
Práce se zabývá současným stavem penzijního systému České republiky a snaží se postihnout jeho slabé stránky, vedoucí k potřebě provést reformu. Práce poskytuje náhled na vývoj penzijního systému od revoluce až po současnost a přibližuje reformní návrhy českých politických stran i jiných apolitických subjektů. Závěrečná část práce je věnována vlastnímu náhledu na problematiku penzijní reformy.

The bachelor thesis deals with the present state of the Czech pension system and strives to point out its weak spots that cause demand for reformation. The bachelor thesis provides an insight into development of pension system from the revolution until present time and gives thorough insight into drafts of different Czech political parties and other apolitical subjects.
