Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou výkonu rodičovské odpovědnosti před a po rozvodu manželství ve světle současné právní úpravy a soudní judikatury. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of parental responsibility before and after divorce according to the current legislation and judicial case law. It contains a list of the most important terms that can be encountered in the area of parental responsibility. Part of the work is also focused on procedural issues related to the topic.
