Cílem této práce je zpracovat téma Režim nejvyšších výhod v právu Světové obchodní organizace. V první části práce jsem se zaměřil na historický vývoj doložky nejvyšších výhod, ve druhé jsem se snažil popsat doložku v mezinárodních smlouvách GATT a také GATS a TRIPS, protože současná Světová obchodní organizace nezaštiťuje pouze obchod se zbožím, ale rovněž obchod se službami a ochranu práv k duševnímu …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is anlyzing the concept the Most Favourable Nation (Treatment) in the law of WTO. The first part is focused on the historical evolution of the MFN, the second part describes MFN in the international treaties GATT and also GATS and TRIPS, because the WTO in the current form is covering the trade with products and trade with services and intellectual property rights as well.
