Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá pojmem home office v prostředí České republiky. Problematiku vztahuje k současné pracovně právní úpravě s ohledem na vedení a koordinaci zaměstnanců malých podnikatelských subjektů. Zaměřuje se na charakteristiku home office včetně možných úskalí a nejasností. Cílem je vytvořit jasný rámec pravidel pro implementaci home office do interních procesů společnosti.

The bachelor thesis deals with the concept of home office in the Czech Republic. The issue relates to the current labor legislation with regard to the management and coordination of employees of small businesses.
