Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá porovnaním právnych a daňových aspektov fondov kvalifikovaných investorov v Českej republike a Írsku. Práca je rozdelená na dve časti a to právnu a daňovú. V právnej časti obecne popisuje typy fondov kvalifikovaných investorov v jednotlivých krajinách a následne popisuje ako takýto fond založiť.
