Realization anti-drugs policy of the Czech Republic in terms of Detention Prague – Ruzyně

Abstract:

Záměrem této bakalářské práce je nastínění problematiky užívání omamných a psychotropních látek osobami umístěnými ve výkonu vazby a výkonu trestu odnětí svobody Vazební věznice Praha - Ruzyně. K dosažení cíle práce je zjištění, pochopení principu fungování Poradny drogové prevence od prvotního kontaktu vytipované osoby až po její propuštění z věznice a její následnou spolupráci s neziskovými organizacemi pomocí polostrukturovaného rozhovoru se zaměstnancem pověřeným řízením poradny. Dále pak zjištění drogové minulosti a vyhlídek na vývoj drogové závislosti do budoucnosti u vězněných osob zařazených do Poradny drogové prevence Vazební věznice Praha - Ruzyně. Tato část je zpracována pomocí výzkumných nástrojů a diagnostických standardizovaných metod, a to dotazníkovým šetřením. Nedílnou součástí problematiky užívání omamných a psychotropních látek je zamezení jejich průniku do vazební věznice. Pro zodpovězení této otázky je použita metoda nezúčastněného pozorování.

Abstract:

The intention of this bachelor's thesis is to outline the issue of the use of narcotic and psychotropic substances by persons placed in custody and serving a prison sentence in Prague - Ruzyne Prison. To achieve the goal of the thesis is to find out and to understand the principle of the Drug Prevention Counseling Center functioning. That functioning of the center begins with the initial contact of the selected person and finishes with prison release and subsequent cooperation with non-profit organizations through a semi-structured interview with an employee in charge of managing the counseling center. Furthermore, there has to be the finding out the drug past of the person and prospects for the development of drug addiction in the future. That should be for all prisoners included in the Drug Prevention Counseling Center of the Prague – Ruzyně Prison. This part is processed using research tools and diagnostic standardized methods, by a questionnaire survey. An integral part of the issue of the use of narcotic and psychotropic substances is the prevention of their penetration into the prison. The method of non-participatory observation is used to answer this question.
