Tato práce směřuje do oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů. Zabývá se jednou z forem hodnocení pracovníků – sebehodnocením, jeho významem a využitím v ziskových a neziskových organizacích. Uvádí některé příklady realizace této metody hodnocení v ziskovém sektoru. Ze ziskového sektoru přebírá best practice sebehodnocení zaměstnanců a aplikuje ji do neziskového sektoru.
