Acquisition and processing of data from raster microscopy with large scannning range
Abstract:
This diploma thesis concerns with aquiring and processing image data obtained from Atomic Force Microscopy with large scanning range or high resolution. Aim of this work is to develop algorithm for detection of significant points on scanned surface and base on them create appropriate order of data to be scanned.
Abstract:
Táto práca sa zaoberá problematikou získavania a spracovania dát meraných pomocou mikroskopie atomárnych síl (AFM) s veľkým rozsahom alebo vysokým rozlíšením. Cieľom práce je navrhúť systém detekcie význačných bodov na snímanom povrchu a na ich základe určiť vhodný postup snímania dát.
