Bakalářská práce se zabývá sledováním změn exprese receptorů CD11b, CD16 a CD62L na povrchu neutrofilních granulocytů u pacientů s CVID po stimulaci pomocí bakteriálního LPS a fMLP metodou průtokové cytometrie. V teoretické části se pojednává o neutrofilních granulocytech, jejich vývoji, funkci a aktivaci, imunodeficienci se zaměřením na CVID a o průtokové cytometrii. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with detection of changes in expression of receptors CD11b, CD16, CD62L on neutrophils‘ surface in CVID patients after stimulation by bacterial LPS and fMLP. As detection method is used flow cytometry.
