Relationship-based care. Two inspiring foreign concepts in theory and practice.

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá péčí založenou na vztahu. V první části se věnuje obecnému významu vztahu při práci s lidmi, roli osobnosti pracovníka a vnitřním světům každého člověka s ohledem na kvalitu vztahů v pomáhajících profesích. V druhé části popisuje předpoklady a základy konceptu na osobu zaměřeného přístupu a jeho zásady a principy pro každodenní praxi v pomáhajících profesích. V poslední části se pak věnuje dvěma zahraničním praxím – Domovu seniorů Gramastetten a neziskové organizaci Community Initiatives For Social Ecology, které obě vycházejí z konceptu na osobu zaměřeného přístupu. V této části popisuje teoretické základy obou organizací, které pak porovnává s praxí. V závěru zhodnotí praktické využití přístupu zaměřeného na osobu a jeho silné a slabé stránky.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with relationship-based care. In the first part, it discusses the general meaning of relationships in working with people, the role of the worker's personality and the inner worlds of each person with regard to the quality of relationships in the helping professions. In the second part, it describes the assumptions and foundations of the concept of person-centred approach and its principles for everyday practice in the helping professions. In the last part, it discusses two international practices - the Gramastetten Home for the Elderly and the non-profit organisation Community Initiatives For Social Ecology, both of which are based on the concept of person-centred approach. In this section it describes the theoretical foundations of both organisations, which it then compares with practice. In the final section, it assesses the practical application of the person-centred approach and its strengths and weaknesses.
