Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je snaha popsat proces rozdělení rozštěpením z pohledu právního, účetního a daňového, a to prostřednictvím případové studie. Případová studie se věnuje procesu rozdělení společnosti s ručením omezeným, kdy tato společnost zaniká a vznikají dvě nové společnosti s ručením omezeným.
Abstract:
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to describe the demerger process through the case study from legal, tax and accounting perspective. The case study is focused on the demerger of the limited liability company which is dissolving company with two new successor companies incorporated within the demerger process.
