Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá gestačním diabetem u těhotných žen. Úvod této práce je zaměřen na obecné informace o diabetu a jeho možných formách. Teoretická část práce obsahuje informace o práci porodních asistentek, gestačním diabetu, jeho formách, diagnostice a léčbě. Tato práce obsahuje i samostatnou kapitolu o první fázi screeningu glykémie nalačno a orálním glukózovém tolerančním testu, který je důležitý při diagnostice těhotenské cukrovky a postup, jakým se test provádí. Práce obsahuje glykemickou tabulku hodnot, výsledků a dalších postupů v léčbě. Praktická část je věnována ženám a porodním asistentkám, které budou v rámci rozhovoru odpovídat na mé otázky, týkající se reakcí na diagnostiku onemocnění, podané množství informací, validitu zdrojů, které ženy vyhledávaly samy a vzájemná spolupráce gestačních diabetiček a porodních asistentek. Výzkumná část, je prováděna kvalitativní metodou. Informace získané pomocí řízených, strukturovaných rozhovorů, budu jednotlivě zpracovávat, analyzovat a výsledky mého šetření budu interpretovat v závěru bakalářské práce. Nedílnou součástí práce je i závěrečná diskuse, kde budou zmíněny a detailně rozebrány nejdůležitější výsledky, které jsem získala z rozhovorů s respondenty.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with gestational diabetes of pregnant women. In the introduction, I am focusing on general information about diabetes and its possible forms. In the theoretical part of this work, the main focus is on the general information about the work of midwiferies, gestational diabetes, its forms, diagnosis and treatment. This work also includes separate chapter on oral glucose tolerance test, that is important in diagnosing diabetes of pregnant women. Moreover, the thesis includes information about how this test is performed and a Glycemic table with values and results. The practical part is devoted to women and midwiferies, who were interviwed about their reaction on the diagnostis, the amount of information provided, validity of sources, where they looking for an information and the cooperation with medical staff. Last but not least, risks associated with this disease will be discussed, as well. The research part is conducted on the base of qualitative method. The information collected by guided structured interview sis processed and analysed separately and the findings are interpreted in the end of this bacherol thesis. The integral part of this bacherol thesis is the final discussion, where the most important findings obtained from interviews with respondents are discussed into detail.
