Prostatický specifický antigen (PSA) je nádorovým markerem karcinomu prostaty. Jeho hladina je však ovlivněna různými faktory, protože PSA je produkován zdravou i nádorovou tkání. Abstract:
Specific prostatic antigen (PSA) is considered to be a tumorous marker of prostate carcinoma. Nevertheless, it's level is influenced by various factors, since PSA is produced by both, healthy and tumorous tissue.
