Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice nutriční dokumentace, která se používá v zdravotnických zařízeních v ČR. V teoretické části je postupně rozebrána dokumentace a její formy. Podrobněji je rozebírána elektronická dokumentace a její aplikace v praxi v ČR i v zahraničí.
