Abstract:
Práce se věnuje fenoménu mezikulturní synestezie na příkladu vlivu japonských bar-votisků na malby Vincenta van Gogha. Toto unikátní spojení mezi odlišnými kultu-rami otevírá pohled do vzájemného prolínání východní a západní výtvarné tradice. Abstract:
The thesis focuses on the phenomenon of cross-cultural synaesthesia, using the ex-ample of the influence of Japanese colour prints on Vincent van Gogh's paintings. This unique connection between different cultures offers insight into the intermingling of Eastern and Western artistic traditions.
