Legal Relationships of Public Health Insurance
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the issue of legal relationships of the public health insurance. The fundamental source of the legislation is the act No. 48/1997, Public Health Insurance Act. Legal relationships are analysed according to subjects they realize between and also in the connection with the health services reform 2011. Thesis is also dedicated to the regulation in European union.

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou právnych vzťahov verejného zdravotného poistenia. Základným prameňom právnej úpravy je zákon 48/1997 Sb., o verejnom zdravotnom poistení, v znení neskorších predpisov. Právne vzťahy sú v práci analyzované podľa subjektov, medzi ktorými vznikajú a tiež v súvislosti s právnou úpravou reformy zdravotníctva 2011.
