Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vícesložkovou analýzou pomocí derivační spektrofotometrie. Jako modelové látky byly použity tři vitamíny skupiny B - B1, B6 a B9. V teoretické části jsou popsány metody vícesložkové analýzy, derivační spektrofotometrie, spektrofotometr a jeho komponenty. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with multicomponent analysis using derivative spectrophotometry. Three B vitamins – B1, B6 and B9 were used as model compounds. In the theoretical part the various methods of multicomponent analysis, derivative spectrophotometry, spectrophotometer and its components are described.
