Abstract:

ABSTRAKT Cíl: Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda těhotenství ovlivní sexuální život partnerů. Dílčí cíle byly zaměřeny na libido ženy v těhotenství, informovanost partnerů a na atraktivitu ženy v těhotenství z pohledu muže. Metodika: Průzkumný soubor tvořilo 101 partnerských párů. Dotazníkové šetření probíhalo v Opavské porodnici v březnu a dubnu roku 2011 pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku. Dotazníky vyplnili partneři na oddělení šestinedělí nebo při prohlídce porodního sálu, pokud byla žena ve třetím trimestru. Výsledky: Šetřením bylo zjištěno, že těhotenství u každého dotazovaného páru změnilo nějakým způsobem jejich sexualitu. Změna libida sice nenastala u všech žen, avšak tyto ženy uvedly změnu atraktivity, polohy ve třetím trimestru, změnu v průběhu pohlavního styku či prožívání orgasmu. Z průzkumu dále vyplynulo, že ženy vykazovaly vyšší procento informovanosti oproti mužům. 18 % žen a 21 % mužů uvedlo deficit informací o pohlavním životě v graviditě. Pro většinu mužů což bylo 79 % dotazovaných, byla partnerka v těhotenství sexuálně stejně atraktivní jako před početím. Dokonce někteří muži svou partnerku hodnotili jako sexuálně přitažlivější. Pouze 7 % přiznalo, že jejich partnerka se jim zdála být méně atraktivní. Závěr: Těhotenství je náročné období pro oba partnery. Proto je důležité ze strany odborníků podporovat komunikaci v páru a pomoci partnerům pochopit změny, kterými v graviditě procházejí. V ošetřovatelské praxi by bylo užitečné více se zaměřit na sexualitu v graviditě v předporodních kurzech. Klíčová slova: sexualita, těhotenství, trimestr, libido, partner, informovanost.

Abstract:

ABSTRACT Objective: The aim of this thesis was to determine, whether the pregnancy could influence the partners´sexual life. Partial aims were focused on woman´s libido within pregnancy, awareness of partners and woman´s attractiveness from man´s point of view. Methodics: Explorational file was formed by 101 partner couples. Questionary research took place in maternity hospital in Opava during March and April 2011 by force of non-standard answer sheets. The sheets were filled up by partners in chilbed ward or within visitation of delivery room provided that woman had been in the third trimester. Results: By enquiry was found out, that the pregnancy changed in certain manner the sexuality of each questioned couple. Although the change of libido did not occur at all women, these women stated the change of attractiveness, position in the third trimester, change in process of intercourse or the orgasm experience. There was also emerged from the research, that women showed higher percent of awareness compared to men. 18 % of women and 21 % of men mentioned the shortage of information about sex life in pregnancy. Most of men, 79 % of questioned, perceived their partner as same sexual attractive as in the period before conception. Some men judged their partners even more sexual attractive. Only 7 % admitted their partner seemed less attractive. Conclusion: The pregnancy is a difficult period for both partners. Therefore, experts recommend to support the communication in couple and to help them to understand the changes, through which they come during pregnancy. For nursing practice it should be useful to focuse more on sexuality in pregnancy in antenatal classes. Key words: sexuality, pregnancy, trimester, libido, partner, awareness.
