Tato práce pojednává o prostředcích regenerace, konkrétně biologických prostředcích regenerace. Mezi biologické prostředky patří regenerační pohybová aktivita, výživa a pitný režim, prostředky fyzikální a balneologické (regenerace ve vodním prostředí, teplem, sanováním, masáží, světelnými prostředky, dalšími fyzikálními prostředky a reflexními způsoby). This paper discuses the means of regeneration, namely biological means regneraretion. Among the biological agents are regenerating physical activity, nutrition and fluis intake, and physical resources balneology (regeneration of the aquatic, environment, heat, sauna procedures, massage, light reflective materials and methods).
