Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with fringe benefits using example of the Siemens company in Ostrava. The aim is to find out how satisfied the employees are with the current state. 1) Find out satisfaction 2) Propose new benefits or confirm current ones 3) Analyse current benefits (tax perspective, by type of choice, etc.) 4) Critically evaluate the proposals 5) Formulate recommendations

Diese Bachelorarbeit befasst sich mit den Sozialleistungen am Beispiel des Unternehmens Siemens in Ostrava. Ziel ist es, herauszufinden, wie zufrieden die Arbeitnehmer mit dem aktuellen Zustand sind. 1) Zufriedenheit herausfinden 2) Neue Benefits vorschlagen oder aktuelle bestätigen 3) Aktuelle Benefits analysieren (Steuersicht, nach Art der Wahl, usw.) 4) Die Vorschläge kritisch bewerten 5) Empfehlungen …more
