Předmětem této bakalářské práce je metoda SWOT jako rozhodovací nástroj řízení podniku. V teoretické části se věnuji především SWOT analýze a ostatním zvoleným metodám. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzy, které jsem aplikovala na vybraný podnik. Jedná se o analýzu specifických zdrojů podniku, Porterův model 5 sil a matici BCG. The subject of this bachelor thesis is SWOT as a decision-making tool of company management. In the theoretical part I deal mainly with SWOT analysis and other selected methods. The practical part is focused on the analyzes which I applied to the selected company. This is an enterprise-specific resource analysis, Porter's analysis, and matrix BCG.
