Abstract:
Diploma thesis „ The employees’ selection methods in artistic sector” focuses on human resources in art institutions, namely the process of filling job vacancies. This work contains putting the selection of employees in art institutions in the theoretical context of human resources and examining specific framework with an emphasis on strategic planning for human resource planning.
