Optimization models of inventory management in the company
Abstract:
Práce je věnována modelům řízení zásob využívaných ve vybraném podniku a posouzení možnosti optimalizace zásob na základě jejich diferenciace. Zvolená optimalizace je aplikována na vybraných příkladech. Na těchto příkladech je vyčíslena očekávaná úspora v nákladech. This thesis focus on models of inventory management used in selected company and assessment of possible optimization of inventories based on their classification. Chosen optimization is used at selected examples. Expected savings in costs are calculated on these examples.
