Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje v první části teoretickému úvodu do problematiky simulace. V druhé časti se práce věnuje simulaci podnikového procesu provozu autoservisu. Hlavním cílem práce je analyzovat chod autoservisu a tři vybrané změny v provozu, které by mohli přispět ke zlepšení efektivity jeho chodu. The first part of this bachelor thesis provides a theoretical introduction to the topic of simulation. The second part focuses on simulating the operational processes of a car service center.
