Téma diplomové práce je vliv kompenzačních cvičení na posturu a rovnováhu u vybrané skupiny moderních gymnastek. Cílem výzkumu bylo zjistit, jestli lze kompenzačním cvičením zlepšit rovnováhu a posturu u vybrané skupiny moderních gymnastek.
