Cílem této práce je navrhnout praktickou metodu pro určení pH neznámých chemických látek založenou na moderních metodách digitálního zpracování a analýzy obrazové informace.Měření je prováděno záznamem snímku s připravenými pH indikačními papírky, upravením obrazových dat a vyčtením barevné informace měřených vzorků, z nichž je vypočtena přibližná hodnota pH. Abstract:
Aim of this thesis is desinging a formal method for pH measurement of unknown chemical compounds. During measurement image of prepared pH papers is captured by digital camera. Image is processed and color values of measured samples are selected. These values are then used for computing the pH value of the sample. We describe two mathematical models for pH determination.
