Functioning of selected scenes of summer in the Czech Republic (with a focus on theater)

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zmapováním trhu letních divadelních scén v České republice a srovnáním jejich rozdílů z hlediska typu, dramaturgie, ceny vstupného atd. V první části je popsána historie světových letních scén a letních scén v České republice. Dále uvádí konkrétní příklady letních scén se zaměřením na divadlo (ve světě a v České republice). Dále popisuje čtyři hlavní druhy segmentace trhu. V druhé části jsou porovnány hlavní znaky a produkční metody vybraných subjektů ve městě Brně a možnosti nové scény v Brně.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the mapping of the summer open-air theatre market in the Czech Republic and comparing their differences in term of type, dramaturgy, ticket prices, etc. The first part describes the history of the world summer scenes and summer scenes in the Czech Republic. Further, gives concrete examples of summer open-air scenes with a focus on theatre (in the world and in the Czech Republic). It also describes the four main types of market segmentation. The second part compares the main characteristics and production methods of selected organizations in Brno and the possibility of a new scene in Brno.
