Non-profit organisation and its position in the economy and society.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on non - profit organizations. This thesis is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on formation, termination et on authorities of non profit organizations. The second chapter focuses on motivations and problems of non profit organizations. In the last chapter are applied the theoretical knowledge to the foundation Krása pomoci.

Ce mémoire s'oriente vers organisations sans but lucratif. Ce mémoire est divisé en trois chapitres. Le premier chapitre est focalisé sur les naissances, disparitions et sur les organes des organisations sans but lucratif individuelles.
