V první části se zaměřuje na představení sbormistrovské činnosti s rozšířením o podkapitoly týkající se konkrétních podrobností o Sušickém dětském sboru a pěveckém sboru Svatobor. This bachelor thesis presents the personality Mgr. Josef Baierl, choirmaster and educator. The first part focuses on presentation of his activities as choirmaster, with detailed description of his aktivity in children´s choir Sušice and Svatobor.
