Abstract:

Diplomová práce se týká řízení lidských zdrojů a organizační struktury. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy a zaměřuje se na vliv řízení lidských zdrojů v organizaci jako na faktor, který spolu s organizační strukturou výrazně ovlivňuje úspěšnost každé organizace. Záměrem práce je přiblížit, co je důležité na manažerovi v sociálních službách a jak jeho úspěšnost ovlivňuje život organizace. Práce se také věnuje porozumění vedoucím pracovníkům a navádí, jakým způsobem mohou utvářet žádoucí a silnou organizační strukturu v organizaci. Obsahem empirické části jsou hypotézy a výsledky výzkumu, týkající se řízení lidských zdrojů a organizační struktury. Závěr práce shrnuje celkové výsledky dotazníkového šetření a stěžejní myšlenky celé práce.

Abstract:

The thesis concerns human resource management and organizational structure. The thesis consists of the theoretical part and the empirical. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and focuses on human resources management in the organization as a factor which, together with the organisational structure on the success of each organisation. The intention of the thesis is the approach, what is important for a manager in social services and how its success affects the life of the organization. Thesis is also dedicated to the understanding of managers and guides, the way they can shape a desirable and strong organizational structure in the organization. The content of the empirical section are the hypotheses and the results of the research, related to the management of human resources and organizational structure. The conclusion of the thesis summarises the overall results of the questionnaire survey and main ideas of the whole thesis.
