Cílem bakalářské práce je identifikovat potenciál Turecka pro rozvoj turismu prostřednictvím gastronomie. Teoretická část se skládá z vysvětlení základních pojmů a pravidel, která se vztahují na oblast cestovního ruchu, gastronomie a gastroturismu. The aim of the bachelor's dissertation is to identify the potential of Turkey for the development of tourism through gastronomy. The theoretical part consists of an explanation of basic concepts and rules that apply to the field of tourism, gastronomy and gastrotourism.
