Souhrn: Předmětem bakalářské práce jsou rotavirové infekce a možnosti jejich laboratorní diagnostiky. Cílem je stanovení citlivosti a specificity metody ELISA-Ag-Rota (home made) prováděné na ZÚ se sídlem v Ostravě a její porovnání s komerčně dostupnými testy ELISA ProSpect Rotavirus (Oxoid), Ridascreen Rotavirus (R-Biopharm) a latexaglutinací Diarlex-Rota. Abstract: The item of the bachelor thesis are rotavirus infections and possibilities of their laboratory diagnostics. The aim is to establish the sensitivity and specificity of the ELISA-Ag-Rota assay (home made) which is performed at the Institute of Public Health in Ostrava.
