Cílem této diplomové práce je tak analýza činnosti rozvojové spolupráce na mnoha úrovních, společně s analýzou efektivity jednotlivých typů rozvojové pomoci, která souvisí s bojem se zbraněmi a demilitarizací v regionu Rohu Afriky. The problem with arms proliferation has many faces within international and regional levels such as the Horn of Africa is. In this scope, development aid and various development programmes try to fight with arms on the international and also on regional level.
