Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je distribuční politika dané firmy, která je zjišťována ve společnosti P.M.H. Invest&Trade s. r. o. Firma se zabývá se výrobou a prodejem koupelnových radiátorů, dřevěných masivních podlah a výrobků z akátu. Práce je dělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V první, tedy teoretické části, provádím rešerši literárních zdrojů zaměřenou na téma distribuce. V praktické části uvádím informace o firmě, zjišťuji úroveň distribuční politiky firmy a navrhuji doporučení pro její zlepšení.

Abstract:

Subject of this Bachelor thesis is distribution politics of a company, which is examined in the company P. M. H. Invest&Trade s. r. o., which is creating and selling bathroom radiators, massive wooden floors and products made out of acacia. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. In the first theoretical is a research of literary sources regarding the distribution. In the practical part are information about the company, level of distribution politics of the company and a recommendation of suggestions for an improvement.
