Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu a právní úpravy užívacích a požívacích práv, hlavně z pohledu praxe. V úvodu jsem popsala charakteristiku, funkce a druhy věcných břemen. Rozdělila jsem osobní služebnosti a zaměřila jsem se na užívací a požívací práva a služebnost bytu. Krátce jsem popsala obligační instituty. This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis and legal regulations of user and usage rights, mainly from the point of view of practice. In the introduction, I described the characteristics, functions and types of easements. I divided personal servants and focused on usage and enjoyment rights and servitude of the apartment.
