Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se v úvodu zabývá historií důchodového systému a plynule přechází v popis současného systému. Podrobně se zaměřuje na oba pilíře, a to jak na základní důchodový systém, tak i na dobrovolný pilíř penzijního připojištění. Ve své další části práce nastiňuje průběžný a fondový způsob financování důchodového systému a oba tyto způsoby analyzuje z hlediska jejich nedostatků. Fenomén penzijní reformy souvisí s demografickou situací v ČR a následující část poté zachycuje nastupující demografickou krizi a analyzuje její možné dopady na společnost. Podstatná část práce je věnována penzijní reformě, popisuje 3 etapy navržené vládou a hodnotí varianty všech parlamentních politických stran. Cílem práce je modelování penzijního fondu investujícího do akcií a zachycení jeho dopadů na kapitálový trh, a proto se úsek práce zaměří na současný stav trhu penzijních fondů a poukáže na aktuální dění na kapitálovém trhu. Tématem další části je hodnocení makroekonomických dopadů návrhů jednotlivých stran. V závěru práce podrobně zkoumá dopady návrhů reforem na kapitálový trh, kde zejména zjišťuje vliv reformy na vývoj počtu akcií a jejich cenu, a to pomocí analýzy reforem aplikovaných ve Švédsku, Polsku a Chile a modelovým příkladem, který zachycuje přínosy penzijní reformy pro kapitálový trh.

Abstract:

This thesis is the introduction which deals with the history of the pension system and continuously moving in the description of the current system. In depth it focuses on two pillars, on the basic pension system and on the pillar of voluntary additional pension insurance. In my other part of thesis, I outline continuous and funded method of financing of the pension system and also these two ways of analyzing in terms of their deficiencies. The phenomenon of the pension reform is linked to the demographic situation in the Czech Republic and the following section shows the emerging demographic crisis, and analyzes its potential impact on society. The bulk of the work is devoted to pension reform, it describes three stages proposed by government and evaluate the proposals of all parliamentary political parties. The aim of this work is modeling of the pension fund investing in shares and to capture its impact on the capital market, and therefore the stretch of work focus on the current state of the market of pension funds and to draw the situation to current events on the capital market. The topic of next section of my thesis is to evaluate the macroeconomic impact of the proposals offered by political parties. In conclusion of my work, I closely elaborate impacts of proposals of reform to the capital market where I determine influence of reform on the development of amount of shares and its price. I do it through the analysis of reforms which have been implemented in Sweden, Poland and Chile. I use model situation which draw positives of the pension reform for the capital market too.
