The elemental analysis of horse hair
Abstract:
V této diplomové práci je zpracována literární rešerše zabývající se prvkovou analýzou lidských vlasů a zvířecích srstí. Důraz je kladen na přípravu vzorku k analýze a metody optické emisní a hmotnostní spektrometrie s indukčně vázaným plazmatem. Práce je zaměřená na vypracování analytického postupu stanovení prvků v koňských žíních pomocí metody ICP-OES a ICP-MS.
Abstract:
In this thesis, the literature research focused on the elementary analysis of human hair and animal hair is elaborated. Sample preparation methods and determination using optical emission and mass spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma were emphasised. The aim of this thesis is developing analytical procedures for the determination of elements in horse hair by the ICP-OES and ICP-MS methods.
